ANOVA and Study Design
HS 2024 | ETH Zürich | Dr. Lukas Meier
“ANOVA and Experimental Design” covers fundamental principles of experimental design and analysis of variance. The course examines one-way ANOVA, contrasts and multiple comparisons, multi-factor designs, and various experimental structures including complete block designs, Latin square designs, and split-plot designs. It also addresses random and mixed effects models, incomplete block designs, and explores factorial and fractional designs.
The course combines statistical theory with practical implementation using R, emphasizing the planning and analysis of experiments in natural sciences.
